Nationwide

No vault near you? Send it in.

Sarasota is our active local intake market. Everywhere else in the United States begins with an online review; approved items receive written packing and shipping instructions before anything is sent.

The sequence

You do not ship anything until we have said yes.

Submit photos

Front, back, interior, labels or serial numbers, and any damage. Free.

We review

A realistic range and an honest recommendation. If it is not worth consigning we tell you and you keep the item.

Terms first

Price, commission, costs and what happens if it does not sell — in writing, before anything moves.

Then you ship

We provide item-specific packing, tracking and shipping instructions. Cost and transit responsibility are confirmed in writing before shipment.

Arrival check

The item is logged and photographed on arrival, and its condition documented, so there is a record of exactly what we received.

Sold and paid

Same standards, same channels, same payout terms as a local consignment.

What is genuinely different about mail-in

We cannot look at the piece in person before deciding, so photographs matter far more. Undisclosed damage discovered at intake is the main reason a nationwide submission falls through — not because we are difficult, but because a listing built on the wrong condition grade comes back as a return.

Be candid in the damage field. It will not lose you the deal. Hiding it will.

What is not different

The review, the pricing research, the photography standard, the channels, the commission structure and the terms. A nationwide consignor is not a second-class consignor.

Submit

Start from anywhere.

Free to submit. No obligation to sell. We reply to every submission, including the ones we cannot take.

What are you sending us?

This is… *

Optional. It helps us tell you early if expectations and the market are far apart.

What comes with it?

Tick everything you still have. Completeness affects price more than most people expect.

Please be candid. Undisclosed damage found at intake is the most common reason a submission falls through.

Photos

Up to 10 images, 12MB each. Front, back, interior, labels or serial numbers, and any damage. Photos are resized in your browser before upload, so this works on a phone connection.

    Getting the item to us

How would you prefer to hand it over? *

Submitting is a request for review. It is not an agreement to sell, and it does not guarantee we can accept the item.

    Your submission is with us.

We review every submission by hand. Expect to hear from us by email or phone — including if the answer is no, and why.
