The questions people actually ask.
Nothing. Submitting an item is free and puts you under no obligation to sell. We review what you send and tell you whether we think it is a good fit for resale.
No. A submission is a request for review. We accept items based on brand, condition, current demand and whether we believe we can sell the piece well. If we decline, we will tell you why.
We earn a percentage only when your item sells. The rate depends on item type, value, condition, whether third-party authentication is needed, and which selling channel we use. You will see the exact terms for your item in writing before it is listed.
We research recent completed sales for comparable pieces, factor in condition and completeness, and propose a listing price. We do not list without agreement on the price and the terms.
Every item is inspected before listing. Some categories and price points require third-party authentication, and where that applies we will tell you before listing, along with who performs it and how the cost is handled.
We will talk to you about a price reduction, moving it to a different channel, or returning it. Nothing gets marked down without your agreement.
After the sale clears and any applicable buyer return or dispute period has passed. Your written consignment terms will state the payout timing and any deductions before we list the item.
No. If an item is found to be counterfeit at any point, it will not be listed and will not be returned into circulation. We will contact you directly.
